The aim of this site is to hopefully save you some time and money by presenting facts, honest opinions and reviews on all things acne related.

There are a multitude of acne treatments on the market today, and quite frankly, most of them are not much better than using salt water solution.

Some lay claim to ridiculous promises, with no scientific evidence of support, and merely act as a marketing ploy to relieve you of your cash.

But there are some good treatments that DO work!

When I first started thinking of building a website, I embarked on some extensive research into what causes acne, and how it can be treated.

Where applicable, I have quoted results of clinical trials, scientific and medical studies to substantiate my findings, and my beliefs.

That research is still ongoing, but I have provided some good information on acne books, products and acne treatments, along with articles, and some honest reviews which I hope will help acne sufferers everywhere.

..... It HAD to be that 'paper-bag-on-the-head' face acne didn't it.

It was horrendous!

I still remember cringing every time I looked in the mirror.

Now, to make matters worse, back then there wasn't very much available in the way of Acne Help. It was just a few dabs in the morning with a lightly salted water solution that stung like hell, and that was it. The rest of the day was spent wallowing in self-pity and trying to become invisible.

It was three long years before I finally got rid of it.

I was convinced that by the time of the new millenium there would be an acne pill available that would cure your acne in about 30 minutes .....

..... How wrong I was!

That being said, acne treatment has come on leaps and bounds, providing you know what to look for. Read my reviews (there are some good and some bad) and you're guaranteed to find a solution for your acne problem.
