Acne Free in 3 Days Review
Acne Free In 3 Days is an ebook you may have heard of, due to it's extreme exposure on TV and the online world, but does it really work?
[No 'star ratings' no 'customer testimonials' and no hype - just a review]
When I first heard about this, my initial thought was that the title would turn a lot of people off, as it sounds too good to be true, right?
However, closer inspection revealed that the author is not claiming that this is a permanent cure for acne, despite the title of his book.
On the contrary, what he IS saying is that his system will clear up your acne quickly, possibly in as little as three days, but NOT permanently.

To keep your acne clear and under control, you will have to apply the treatment at regular intervals, perhaps once a year, as he himself does.
The author is Chris Gibson, an ex-acne sufferer who has appeared on countless television news programmes in the US, Canada, and abroad, promoting his book. The book has also been the subject of a favourable review by the Birmingham Times, a major U.S. newspaper in Alabama.
There's No Magic Secret Here!
Chris Gibson's acne free system is an all natural treatment to regulate hormone levels and cleanse the digestive system. (Detox)
That in itself sounds like a most credible approach, and, given the amount of exposure that both the book and the author has had, "Acne Free in 3 Days" doesn't appear to be that much of a risk.
He then goes on to say that the treatment is suitable for all skin types, and works for teenage and adult acne, but more than that, it removes the need for ongoing over-the-counter or prescribed medications that may have harmful side effects. (The last part's correct, if it works)
Is This The Best Acne eBook?
Yes, and no. If it clears your acne it's the best thing since sliced bread.
If it doesn't clear your acne then obviously it's not the best ebook as far as you're concerned. I'm not trying to be funny here, but there are as many acne treatments as there are treatments for the common cold.
Some work for some, and others work for some, but they don't all work for everyone. I'm confusing myself here, but hopefully you get the point :-)
Summary of Acne Free in 3 Days :
Getting back to this book, there have been many reviews written, some good and some bad. In my opinion the book is too long. The author spends too much time on how horrible acne is, and how good it is to be acne free.
Now, I'm sure we all know how bad acne is, and how nice it would be to find a cure. WE JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW TO CURE IT - QUICKLY!
Let me tell you now, so you know. Following the detox and diet plan is VERY HARD WORK! Not everyone will be able to stick with it ... and the poor reviews will probably have come from people who obviously couldn't!
This guide does have some practical advice that make sense, but acne free in 3 days? I don't think so. You may see some improvement in mild to moderate acne in 3 days, but not for severe cases, or cystic acne. A good detox alone will take at least 3 days, and that's just the starting point.
So that's my review of Acne Free in 3 Days. If you're disciplined enough to stick with the plan, then it may work for you, but I have a feeling you may find better value with the less expensive Eat Away Your Acne ebook.
