3. After exercise or any vigorous activity, you'll be likely to sweat. If possible, take a shower immediately, and if not, wipe the sweat off with soft fabric towels.

6. Avoid carrying backpacks until your acne clears. Backpacks are inclined to sweat your back, resulting in more bacteria forming.

7. Exfoliate at least once a week. If you do not want to spend money on buying expensive scrubs, you can use sugar to remove dead skin cells on the back and buttocks.
